Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental US only. For orders outside the continental US, please contact Atomic Sports for a shipping quote.
Shipping is curbside delivery only. The freight company is responsible to deliver your shipment to the curb at the end of your driveway. No service beyond that is authorized. Your shipment will be delivered using a lift gate to assist in lowering it to the ground. Request for additional services is not authorized unless agreed to by Atomic Sports in writing.
Your location must be accessible by tractor trailer for delivery. If not, additional charges may be required to complete delivery.
You will be notified with a tracking number for your shipment the following day after your order ships. Please contact the shipping company for updates on delivery.
Receiving shipment – It is your responsibility to check to make sure the number of packages being delivered matches the number of packages on the delivery receipt the driver hands you to sign. Do not sign for the shipment before verifying the correct number of packages have arrived, each package is addressed to you and that the contents of each package are undamaged. Pay special attention to the backboard. Open the box and inspect the backboard. The glass will not crack, if it is broken it is designed to shatter into thousands of pieces. Therefore, the glass is either in one piece or thousands.
If you find shortage or damage, note it on the delivery receipt. Example: “One piece short” or “Backboard shattered.” Refuse damaged cartons only, keep all undamaged cartons/contents. Then sign the drivers delivery receipt, keep a copy for yourself and contact Atomic Sports regarding the issue.
